Tomahawk Tidbits

A friend of ours Kevin Wilson of KWRadio has a saying. "If there are so many good hitting coaches then why are there not that many good hitters?"

We believe because no one addresses the hardest part of the game. Timing.

It's a hitter's goal to be on time. It's a pitcher's goal to disrupt that time. The hitter will change his mechanics based on how much he is on time.

This is not a mechanical issue but a timing one. If the ball is in motion no discussion of mechanics should be done. That's for the tee. Where timing is not an issue.
