We do not believe in talent. Talent is an adaptation of athletic ability to excel at ones task. Talent can be created by being aware of each ones athletic levels.
Athletic ability can be summed up by 5 categories. With the design of baseballs levels, it requires an enhanced level of each category in order to succeed. "You must first eliminate the weak, then you eliminate the strong." Youth Baseball - Strength: Have you ever noticed the best players on a team are also the biggest. High School Baseball - Balance: This ability (also considered coordination) allows players to move and perform as their bodies are changing by the day. They are able to succeed because they are aware of how their bodies move through space. College Baseball - Speed: As the game speeds up the speed of your mind and body must as well. Everyone throws about 85+ MPH and runs fast. You have to keep up. Minor League Baseball - Focus: What do you do when no one is pushing you. You are on your on. Distractions that do not allow for production will eliminate these players quickly. Major League Baseball - Mobility: If you weigh 220 lbs at the age of 30 while playing and traveling everyday for 9 month your mobility will allow you to recover and with stand the tension that is created. Research it the top 1% of the MLB are also the most flexible. Know the Why
